Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Düsseldorf, Germany, and we deliver worldwide.

Shipment Tracking

After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please note it may take up to 2 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the European Union, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These costs are not covered by KIISBEAUTY and must be paid by the buyer. Please check your country’s current import regulations before placing your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@kiisbeauty.de. We’ll review your case as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution.
