Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment has been received. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via email.

After shipping, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for the tracking information to update.
Having trouble with your tracking?
Oh no — we’re so sorry about that! In some cases, the shipping carrier may need 1–2 business days to update the tracking status. If your tracking link isn’t updating or doesn’t work at all, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@kiisbeauty.de. We’ll check it internally and help you right away.
How can I change my shipping address?
You can update your address until you receive our shipping confirmation with tracking number via email. Please contact us immediately at support@kiisbeauty.de if you need to make changes. Once the shipping confirmation has been sent (tracking available), we’re unable to change the address. In that case, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Customs & Import Fees
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are not covered by KIISBEAUTY and must be paid by the buyer. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date at support@kiisbeauty.de. We’ll investigate your case and find the best possible solution.
