Revocation right for consumers
(A ‘consumer’ is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to either his commercial or independent professional activities.)

Overview

• Return and Exchange Period:  You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
• Compensation Types:  We only offer vouchers and exchanges for items of equal value once your order has been shipped.
• Contact Requirement:  Before returning products, please contact us at info@kiisbeauty.de with your order number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

• Voucher Conditions:
• Due to hygiene reasons, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and unopened to be eligible for return.
• Only purchases made through our official website www.kiisbeauty.de are eligible.
• Products purchased from authorized retailers must be returned to the retailer.
• Outgoing Shipping Costs:  Outgoing shipping costs will be deducted from the voucher amount based on actual costs.

Important Notes

• No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds.
• Notification Period: Your package will remain available for 7-14 days after SMS or email notification before being returned to our warehouse.

How to Return a Product

1. Contact Support:  Send an email to info@kiisbeauty.de to initiate a return for a voucher. (You can also use our revocation form, whihch you can find in the end of this page)
2. Prepare Your Return:
• Use a recommended postal service or a trackable package.
• Ensure the product reaches us within 14 days of receipt.
3. Return Labels: We do not provide return labels. You are responsible for the return shipping.
4. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Complaints

• Timeframe: Submit complaints within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Process: Send an email to info@kiisbeauty.de with supporting images.
• Resolution: For valid complaints, we offer replacement or a voucher.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

• Delivery Confirmation: Based on the official website information of the delivery partner.
• Actions for Lost/Stolen Packages: Wait 30 days after shipment, file a police report, and forward it to us to receive a voucher of equal value.

Order Cancellation and Changes

• Cancellation: Cancellation is not possible once the order has been processed and shipped.
• Changes: Address and contact details can only be changed before shipping. Contact us immediately at info@kiisbeauty.de. Product selection changes are not possible.

Voucher Details

• Validity: 60 days from issuance.
• Currency: Vouchers are issued in EUR. Exchange rates may vary at the time of redemption.

Instructions for revocation

Revocation right
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without specifying any reasons.
The revocation period is 14 days with effect from the day, 

-  on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products, provided you had ordered one or more products within the scope of a standard order and this/these product/products is/are delivered uniformly;

-  on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last product, provided you had ordered several products within the scope of a standard order and these products are delivered separately;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Christine Sargsyan, Münsterstraße 33, 40477 Düsseldorf, Germany, Telephone number: +49 173 6539397, E-Mail address: Info@kiisbeauty.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill up and send the specimen revocation form or another clear declaration on our website (kiisbeauty.de). If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. via email) about the receipt of such a cancellation.

In order to safeguard the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoce this contract, we only offer vouchers and exchanges for equivalent products as refund methods. If the order remains at the post office and is not picked up, we will deduct the return shipping fee from the amount paid.

We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us or until you have furnished evidence that you have sent the products back to us, depending on whichever is earlier.

You must return or transfer the products to us immediately and, in any case, at the latest within 14 days with effect from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is maintained if you send the products before the expiry of the 14 day deadline.

You bear the direct costs for returning the products.

You must pay for any depreciation of the products only if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling with you that was not necessary for checking the condition, features and functionality of the products.

Criteria for exclusion or expiry

The revocation right is not available for contracts

• for delivery of products, which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacturing an individual selection or stipulation by the consumer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer;

The revocation right expires prematurely in case of contracts

• for delivery of sealed products, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after the delivery;
